The direct license is now US$9.99 once, for up to three active Macs, including all 1.x updates. The App Store offers a separate US$9.99 one-time unlock in the US; Apple shows local pricing before purchase.
Try it before buying

The Buy action in the direct app opens the new checkout. Existing direct licenses continue to work.
Version 1.1
Released · Build 7
Direct download
Give Downloads a second look.
A new look shaped by your feedback, with more ways to find files worth reviewing.
A new look, light or dark
A new tray icon, violet colors, and a redesigned overview. Choose Glance or Quick review for the menu bar.
Make the review your own
Start with 14 smart-filter presets or save your own All/Any rules. Preview matches, pin favorites, and set age and size thresholds.
Check likely duplicates locally
Compare candidate file contents on your Mac, then decide which copies you need. Nothing is selected automatically.
Keep what matters
Hide a suggestion while keeping its file, and restore hidden suggestions in Settings. Optional folder-size reminders help you keep track of growing folders.
Clearer controls
Refined Settings and Billing, text sizes up to 200%, and visible refresh feedback. A personal thank-you from Kyle is available again in About.
Your existing purchase stays with you
The direct edition continues to use Stripe checkout and Keylight licenses. Existing settings and direct licenses stay with your installation. App Store purchases remain separate.
Version 1.0
Released · Build 4
Direct download
Updates, made easier.
The direct edition can now check for updates and install them from inside Trayage.
Check from wherever you work
Find Check for Updates in the Trayage menu, menu-bar popover, General settings, and About.
Daily checks, with your permission
Allow automatic checks while Trayage is running. See what changed and choose when to download and install a signed update.
Appearance follows your Mac
Switching from Light to Device appearance now follows your Mac’s setting and keeps billing controls readable.
A one-time step for earlier builds
If your current copy has no update checker, download this DMG, quit Trayage, and replace it in Applications. Keep your app data to retain settings and licensing.
Version 1.0
Released · Build 2
Direct download
A little order for your Downloads.
The first version brings file review and confirmed cleanup together in a Mac app.
Review before you clear
Review files in a selected folder, choose what to remove, and confirm before unchanged files move to Trash. Trayage never empties the Trash.
Close at hand
Open Trayage from the menu bar and move into the full review window when you need a closer look.
File review stays on your Mac
Trayage scans and groups files locally. Purchases, licensing, and support use the services described in the privacy policy.
Made for both kinds of Mac
The signed and notarized direct download runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs with macOS 14 or later.
