Trayage 1.1 is available for Mac, with a redesigned overview, new ways to review files, and a lower price: US$9.99 once. No subscription.
File review stays free. You can try cleanup for seven days before deciding whether to buy, and the trial ends without an automatic charge.
A lower price for an everyday problem
Downloads fills up with installers, repeated downloads, old exports, and files you meant to come back to. Trayage brings files worth checking into a review and explains why they appeared. You decide what you still need.
The direct license now costs US$9.99 once for up to three active Macs. The Mac App Store edition has a separate US$9.99 one-time unlock in the US; Apple shows local pricing before purchase.
Both purchases include all Trayage 1.x updates. Future major upgrades are optional. If you already purchased Trayage, 1.1 is included—there is no need to buy it again through your existing purchase channel. Direct licenses and App Store purchases remain separate.
A new overview, in light and dark
Version 1.1 introduces a new tray icon, violet colors, and a redesigned overview. See the folder summary, browse file groups, and open the review when you want to inspect individual files.

Two ways to check in from the menu bar
The menu bar offers two views: Glance for a folder summary, and Quick Review for checking suggestions one at a time. The full review window gives you more room to browse files and inspect their details.
Both captures show native app views with sample files. They switch between light and dark with the website’s appearance setting.
More ways to find what matters
Start with one of 14 smart-filter presets, or save your own rules. Combine conditions using All or Any, preview the matching files, and pin filters you want close at hand. Age and size thresholds let you adjust what is worth checking for your folders.
Version 1.1 also adds local content checks for possible duplicate downloads. That gives you more information than a similar filename alone. You still choose which copies you need; nothing is selected automatically.
If a suggestion is useful to notice but the file should stay, you can hide the suggestion without removing the file. Hidden suggestions can be restored in Settings. Optional folder-size reminders help you notice when a folder grows.
Settings and Billing have also been refined, with text sizes up to 200% and visible feedback when you refresh.
You keep the final say
Choose files, then confirm before they move to Trash. Trayage never empties the Trash. File analysis happens locally on your Mac; file names and contents are not uploaded. Purchases, licensing, and updates use the connections described in the privacy policy.
