Trayage is joining Indie App Sales with 30% off

Trayage is joining the Black Friday edition of Indie App Sales, and I’ve set up 30% off the one-time cleanup unlock for the event.

From November 27–30, 2026, you’ll be able to get Trayage’s cleanup unlock for US$6.99 instead of US$9.99 with the code INDIEAPP26. It’s a one-time purchase with no subscription.

The offer ends December 1 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific, at the end of November 30. App Store prices vary by region.

Give Downloads a second look

If you’re new to Trayage, it’s a Mac menu bar app for reviewing the files that accumulate in Downloads. Old installers, repeated downloads, large exports, and things you meant to come back to can all sit there long after you’ve finished with them.

Trayage helps you find files worth checking and see why they appeared. Use Smart Filters to narrow the review by details such as age, size, or file type, then decide what you still need.

Nothing is selected or removed automatically. You choose the files and confirm before they move to Trash. Trayage never empties Trash, and file analysis happens locally on your Mac.

How to get the discount

During the sale, choose the edition you want to use. Direct licenses and App Store purchases are separate, so use the route that matches your installed edition. Both purchases include all Trayage 1.x updates; future major upgrades are optional.

Redeem inside the Mac App Store edition

The in-app redemption steps require Trayage 1.1.2 or later and macOS 15 or later.

1. Open Trayage’s Settings and select Billing.
2. Scroll to the bottom, below Purchases, to find Have an offer code?
3. Click Redeem Offer Code… to open Apple’s code-entry window.
4. Enter INDIEAPP26 and follow Apple’s prompts to review the offer.
5. Check that Trayage One-Time Unlock shows the discounted price—US$6.99 in the US—before confirming. Apple shows your local price in other regions.

If you’ve completed redemption and cleanup hasn’t unlocked, return to Settings → Billing and click Restore Purchases in the Purchases card.

The INDIEAPP26 redemption link is also available if you prefer to start from your browser. If the in-app button is missing, check for a Trayage update in the Mac App Store and make sure your Mac is running macOS 15 or later.

Redeem with the direct download

Enter INDIEAPP26 at checkout and check that the discount appears before completing your purchase. The direct edition supports macOS 14 or later, and a license covers up to three active Macs.

Try a review before the sale

File review is free, so you can download Trayage and see whether it fits your routine before the event starts. There’s also a seven-day cleanup trial that ends without an automatic charge.
